I don’t even know where to begin with Byron & Meagan’s wedding. It was my first of 2014 and my goodness gracious me, it was an absolute cracker! Let’s just rewind for a moment, if you’d like to see their engagement shoot click here.
Meagan designed everything herself, from the menus, invitations and guest book all the way through to the bridesmaids dresses. Now that is some serious talent right there. It’s clear that Byron will do absolutely anything for her. The ceremony took place in the picturesque chapel on the lake, followed by the creative shoot which we did all over the Windmills property. When they entered the reception, the bridal party had choreographed and performed a fantastic dance, much to the delight of the guests. When it came to Byron and Meagan’s first dance, I could have sworn I was watching a 1930′s hollywood musical starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. That’s a high compliment.
Byron was a presenter on YoTV growing up amongst other things, now together with Meagan they have their own TV show called Travelling Unplugged. They travel all over the world and document their journey. Definately check out their website. I wish you all the best for the future guys, it was an honour and a privalege to shoot your wedding.
