Juan sent me an email saying he was planning on proposing to his girlfriend Anastasia on the Umhlanga beach, he wanted me to capture the moment. Obviously I had to be discreet about it and make sure that she didn’t see me. Not only did I not know what they looked like besides a fuzzy picture, but I had to hide out behind bushes to make sure I wasn’t seen. They went on top of a rock in front of the ocean and after a few moments Juan dropped to his knee. After the flurry of excitement we did a quick photo shoot, then I left them to enjoy the moment.
