Amy is from Johannesburg, Phillip is from the UK, they met in Fort Lauderdale and got married in Durban. The reason for all this travelling is that they both work on ships. Phillips family weren’t able to make it out from the UK so there was a lot of Skyping going on amongst the tears and excitement.

The sun was coming and going throughout the morning, by the time we did the creative shoot the wind had picked up so much that we had to keep hiding behind walls and structures for shelter. I kept on having to wipe the salt of my camera lenses. The storm came once we were inside the reception, but by then everyone was well fed and happy. It was a real privilege to be part of this wedding, Phillip and Amy were really down to earth and wonderful!
